One on One, partner (2 people), or Group Training is available.

Pricing:

One on One Personal training: $35/ session or $198/ package (6 sessions)

Partner (2 people) training: $25 per person/session or $130 per person/package (6 sessions)

Our East Peoria personal trainers monitor a client’s progress by using consistent evaluations and assessments. The trainer measures several essential fitness elements including body composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and flexibility.

Group Training

Individualized Training in a Group Setting

Group Strength Training (Coming 2025)

Are you looking for a more specific approach to your health and fitness goals? Strength training is the answer to many common obstacles when it comes to losing weight, reducing injury, and creating a better quality of life. Each session is planned in advance with your specific needs, abilities, and goals in mind. No workout here is ever random, and your coach will be equipped with the ability to modify each workout around you!

Group Strength Training is beneficial for individuals who:

    • Prefer a more private workout setting
    • Are seeking individualized coaching
    • Require specific modifications for injuries or limitations
    • Need accountability to stay on task
    • Want to be stronger, both physically and mentally

Group Cardio Training

Small groups of 5+ people working out under the guidance of a coach that will demonstrate, correct, and modify exercises as needed. All workouts follow an interval-training protocol designed to get your heart rate up and recover. Each workout is full-body and targets large muscle groups so you can get the most bang-for-buck when it comes to improving endurance and burning calories.

16 sessions = $160 (Family/household discounts available)

Mondays & Wednesdays: 5:00PM – 5:50PM with Max

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:40AM – 6:30AM with Barbie

This program will serve as a pilot run for anyone interested in trying out our new offering before we officially launch it in 2025
