Outdoor Fields:
Fields 1-4: FULLY SYNTHETIC TURF AS OF APRIL 2024 – Small Baseball/Full Size Softball Fields. Portable mounds are available for all 4 of these fields for baseball use. All 4 fields have newly renovated dugouts, block backstops with black netting, new fencing, and new scoreboards! Come check out or newly renovated Softball Quad!
Field 1: 200’ down the lines and 220’ to center field. Large block dugouts, inning by inning scoreboard, and 70’ bullpens. Our PREMIER softball field! Great for collegiate or highschool use!
Field 2: 200’ down the lines and 220’ to center field. Large field level dugouts, inning by inning scoreboard, the HOME for central Illinois softball! Great for collegiate or highschool use!
Field 3: 200’ fence all the way around. Large field level dugouts, the smallest of our 4 turf softball fields.
Field 4: 225’ fence all the way around. Large field level dugouts, the largest of our 4 turf softball fields. Great for 11u or 12u baseball. Portable turf mound available upon request.
Fields 1-4 can be used for 8 to 18 youth softball. It is recommended that ages 4 to 12 play on these fields for youth baseball. All fields have access to lights if needed. FULLY SYNTHETIC TURF AS OF APRIL 2024
Fields 5 & 6: Small Baseball/Softball Fields. 200’ fences, NO field lights, natural grass & dirt.
Our smallest ball diamonds on campus. Fences are 200’ all the way around for both. These fields also have shorter backstops. They can be used for 8 to 18 youth softball. It is recommended that ages 4 to 10 play on these fields for youth baseball.
Field 7: FULLY SYNTHETIC TURF AS OF APRIL 2023
Fully turfed, highschool regulated baseball diamond. The turf mound remains at 60’ during the summer months and moves to 54’ after August 1st. Field is also equipped with lights if needed. Fence dimensions are 320’ down the lines and 375’ to center. This newly renovated field also boasts large block dugouts, inning by inning scoreboard, and full size bullpens. Turtle shell and L screens are available upon request for showcases. Our PREMIER baseball field at EastSide. Great for collegiate or highschool use!
Field 8:
Fence dimensions are 250’ all the way around on this natural grass and dirt field. Field lights available if needed. Can be used for ages 5 to 14 for baseball. Maximum infield distance is 54’ mound and 80’ bases. Can also be used for 14U+ softball. Temporary fence available upon request.
Field 9:
Fence dimensions are 275’ all the way around on this natural grass and dirt field. Field lights available if needed. Can be used for ages 5 to 14 for baseball. Maximum infield distance is 54’ mound and 80’ bases. Can also be used for 14U+ softball. Temporary fence available upon request.
Field 10:
A highschool/college baseball regulated field, equipped with underground dugouts, large inning by inning scoreboard, and access to have warm up music played along with an announcing booth. This spacious 320’ to 380’ field has a grass infield and access to field lights if needed. 60’ mound and 90’ bases ONLY for this natural grass and dirt Varsity Diamond.
Soccer Fields – Full Size Natural Grass
On the grounds there are four full size, college regulated soccer/lacrosse fields. Perfect for practices, games, or even a tournament. Besides soccer these fields are ideal for lacrosse games or practices. To add onto the convenient location of these fields being all right next to one another they are able to have lights if desired. Benches, bleachers, concessions, and custom paint jobs are also available on these fields. Field lights are also available.
